What you'll do
- Oversee end-to-end soft services operations including housekeeping, security services, reception, landscaping, pest control, waste management, and pantry services
- Develop and implement service level agreements (SLAs) and key performance indicators (KPIs) for all soft service vendors
- Conduct regular quality inspections and service audits to ensure adherence to JLL standards
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance service delivery and occupant experience
