About the role
The Senior HSE Specialist is responsible for implementing and managing Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) programs across corporate office facilities. The role ensures compliance with regulatory requirements, client standards, and FM operational procedures while promoting a safe, healthy, and sustainable workplace for employees, visitors, contractors, and service providers.
What you'll do
- Lead HSE compliance programs across office facilities and workplace operations
- Conduct risk assessments, workplace inspections, and safety audits
- Manage contractor safety, permit-to-work processes, and high-risk activities
- Investigate incidents, near misses, and safety observations; implement corrective actions
