About the role
We are seeking a Technical Executive - AV Services with 3-4 years of corporate experience to manage and deliver high-quality audiovisual technology solutions across our corporate facilities. This role combines hands-on technical expertise with client management, ensuring seamless AV operations that support modern workplace collaboration and enhance employee experience.
What you'll do
- Manage setup, configuration, and operation of presentation systems, video conferencing platforms, sound reinforcement, digital signage, and collaboration technology
- Provide on-site technical support during executive meetings, town halls, client presentations, and corporate events
- System Management & Maintenance Conduct regular preventive maintenance, system health checks, and equipment testing to ensure optimal performance and minimize downtime
- Maintain accurate documentation of AV equipment inventory, system configurations, and maintenance schedules
- Coordinate with vendors for equipment servicing, repairs, and warranty management
