About the role
He will be responsible for ensuring that all technical services are maintained and operational during his shift duty. You will take charge of all technical assets within the residential property, manage the engineering team, and support the Property Manager / Assistant Property Manager/ Technical Manager/ Chief Engineer in coordinating technical matters with clients and residents.
What you'll do
- Managing housing complexes, residential townships and residential communities requires subject matter expertise
- Responsible for ensuring that all technical services are maintained and operational during his shift duty
- Take charge of all technical assets within the residential property, manage the engineering team
- Managing and maintaining electromechanical and utility services at the site with the support of the technician team
- Preparing and implementing Planned Preventive Maintenance (PPM) schedules and work & update the Brightstone/ JLL PPM platform online
