What you'll do
- Perform planned preventive and breakdown maintenance on MEP, HVAC, BMS, fire/life safety, DG, lifts, and water systems, following approved schedules and safety standards
- Coordinate and oversee AMC and service vendors: monitor performance, review work completion, and ensure all statutory and contract requirements are met
- Maintain accurate equipment, asset, and service request logs; complete daily/weekly reports and provide input for monthly management updates
- Attend and close Helpdesk requests promptly, minimizing downtime and client disruption
- Enforce and follow health, safety, statutory and crisis management procedures for self, contractors, and service delivery teams
