About the role
You will be responsible for ensuring that all soft services are maintained to the required service standards during your shift duty. Taking charge of housekeeping, hygiene, waste management, pantry, pest control and other soft service activities at the building, managing the soft services team and supporting the Property Manager / Assistant Property Manager for coordinating service requirements with the client and occupants.
What you'll do
- Be responsible for ensuring that all soft services are maintained to the required service standards during your shift duty
- Taking charge of housekeeping, hygiene, waste management, pantry, pest control and other soft service activities at the building
- Manage and maintain housekeeping, hygiene, waste management, pantry, pest control and other soft services at the site with the help of the service team
- Prepare and implement daily, weekly and monthly soft services schedules, checklists and cleaning plans
- Conduct regular inspections of common areas, washrooms, workspaces, lobbies, pantry areas, parking and other facility areas to identify cleanliness
