About the role
The Senior Facility Manager – Roads is responsible for the end-to-end operations, preventive maintenance, structural monitoring, and emergency response across the entire road network, underpasses, walkways, and traffic infrastructure within the DLF Cyber City portfolio. The objective is to provide a seamless, highly safe, and premium transit experience for over 100,000 daily commuters while preserving multi-million dollar road assets.
What you'll do
- Civil & Structural Asset Management: Oversee the structural integrity and cosmetic upkeep of the 16-lane signal-free corridor, underpasses, flyovers, footbridges
- Preventive & Corrective Maintenance: Plan and execute road resurfacing, asphalt overlaying, pothole repairs, lane marking
- Drainage & Monsoon Preparedness: Manage high-capacity stormwater drainage networks, pumping systems inside underpasses
- Vendor & Contractor Management: Draft Scope of Work (SoW), evaluate technical tenders, and monitor the performance of external civil and highway contractors
- Regulatory & Safety Compliance: Ensure all civil works and road operations comply with the Indian Road Congress (IRC) standards, National Building Code (NBC)
