• Lead complex transformation initiatives from opportunity identification through design, execution, implementation, and stabilization
• Build and manage integrated delivery plans, dependencies, timelines, and governance across multiple workstreams
• Partner with operations leaders to define requirements, shape solutions, and drive sustained adoption
• Establish clear success measures and deliver measurable efficiency, control, scalability, and client outcome improvements
• Embed sustainable process, technology, and operating model changes that improve resilience and execution quality
