What you'll do
- Lead the Operate function for Account Management Services by owning day-to-day product stability, service delivery, and BAU point-of-contact coverage
- Partner with stakeholders across Operations, Technology, and Service Management to triage, prioritize, and resolve tickets, incidents, defects
- Translate recurring BAU issues and user feedback into product enhancements by defining requirements, acceptance criteria
- Establish operating rhythms and performance metrics (e.g., ticket trends, root-cause themes
- Define crisp problem statements, use cases, user journeys, success metrics, and acceptance criteria from complex requirements to enable fast, rigorous delivery
