About the role
S treamline the flow of goods from suppliers to customers, tracking shipments, maintaining accurate inventory records, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve delivery delays, strong analytical skills, proficiency in Microsoft Excel, and excellent coordination abilities to ensure seamless daily operations.
What you'll do
- Process sales orders, create purchase requisitions, and maintain accurate inventory databases
- Coordinate with third-party logistics (3PL) partners and transport vendors to ensure on-time delivery and dispatch
- Update daily Management Information Systems (MIS) trackers, monitor delivery SLAs, and prepare shipping reports
- Liaise with the sales, finance, and procurement teams for invoice processing, goods receipt notes (GRN), and stock reconciliation
- Investigate transit delays, lost shipments, and damaged materials to provide timely updates to stakeholders
