About the role
Procurement of material in General Stores based on the reorder levels. Promoting for development of short and long term goals and objectives within or department. Resolving new printing issues required for the departments. To ensure the proper storage of materials and food housekeeping in stores. To keep all the records in order.
What you'll do
- Monitoring the day to day activities of Purchase in order to have minimum stocks outs by organizing procurement of materials on time as per CPU notice
- Maintain RC, MIS, Rate contracts for consumables
- Providing professional services to the various indenting departments
- Maintaining good working relationship among department personnel, medical staff, other hospital employees and patients
- Supporting all other departments in the hospital after hours as far as material requirement is concerned
