Management Trainee - CX

About the role

This internship will provide exposure to how a SaaS and AI-powered CX organisation operates, while giving you hands-on experience in data handling, programme management, process improvement, AI tools and operational execution .

What you'll do

• Support ongoing CX Operations and Strategy initiatives, including adoption programmes, new initiatives and process improvement activities
• Maintain trackers for team engagement, programme participation, adoption and operational activities, and help prepare regular updates
• Support feature rollouts and adoption initiatives by coordinating with relevant teams, tracking progress and monitoring metrics such as WAU
• Assist in preparing reports, dashboards, Excel trackers and structured summaries based on project requirements
• Help create internal communications, programme decks, stakeholder updates and client-facing guides
