About the role
We are looking for a Software Engineer II to help design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services, APIs, distributed systems, and cloud-native platform capabilities that power Kaseya products. This is a hands-on software engineering role focused on building reliable, secure, and maintainable SaaS applications.
What you'll do
- Design and implement scalable backend services, APIs, and distributed applications using Java and modern cloud technologies
- Build and maintain highly available SaaS platform capabilities and microservices architectures
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code
- Own features throughout the entire lifecycle from design and implementation through testing, deployment, and production support
- Build automated tests and validation frameworks alongside feature development
