The Staff Software Engineer will provide organization-wide technical leadership for large-scale distributed systems and platform architectures, driving long-term scalability, reliability, modernization, and engineering excellence.

- Define long-term technical strategy and architecture across organizational boundaries, aligning engineering direction with business goals

- Identify high-impact technical opportunities, prioritize complex problems, and drive cross-team initiatives spanning multiple systems and domains
- Partner with engineering, product, and business leadership on technical priorities, roadmaps, architecture decisions, and strategic initiatives
