About the role
As a Solution Consultant at Keka, you'll be the technical and domain expert who maps Keka's HRMS to HR leaders' real workflows and helps win enterprise deals. You'll work with Sales, Product, Engineering and customer HR, Finance and IT teams to turn customer needs into feasible, scalable solutions that are ready to close.
What you'll do
- Own presales engagements end to end, from discovery workshops to demos, POCs and handover to implementation
- Partner with Sales, Product and Engineering to propose tailored solutions, clarify feature gaps and feed customer requirements back into the roadmap
- Improve win rates and response quality by delivering sharp demos and timely, accurate responses to RFIs, RFPs, technical proposals and SoWs
- Mentor and support the sales team, where relevant
- Clarify security, compliance, data migration and integration requirements, and explain them clearly to HR, Finance and IT stakeholders
