What you'll do
- Project creation in Oracle and project status changes
- Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to gather necessary data for project establishment, including project scope, budgets, timelines
- Assist with development of project objectives by reviewing project proposals (or Cost Time Resource CTR’s sheets) and confirming the project plans with technical leads
- Establish and ongoing management of the data storage of all project documentation including purchase orders, invoices and other financial documentation
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to project establishment in Oracle, coordinating with IT support and Oracle administrators as needed
