What you'll do
- Support the Proposal Manager / Proposals Lead in the preparation and submission of technical and commercial proposals
- Review Invitation to Bid (ITB) documents and assist in identifying key submission requirements
- Coordinate with various departments including Engineering, Procurement, Estimating, Project Controls, HSE, QA/QC, Finance, and HR to obtain required proposal inputs
- Assist in the preparation of proposal deliverables, compliance matrices, bid registers, and submission documentation
- Support the development and formatting of proposal documents, presentations, and client submissions
