What you'll do
- Work closely with centre teams (Centre Director, Centre Admin) and the Regional Programme Manager to ensure smooth and effective curriculum operations
- Attend departmental, staff, and administrative meetings to address health and safety, facilities, operations, and human resource issues
- Provide academic support by monitoring curriculum implementation, observing children, and overseeing assessment practices to ensure alignment with learning goals
- Deliver presentations for Parent Orientations, Open Houses, Coffee with Curriculum and Parent-Facilitator Conferences (PTC) to foster community involvement
- Conduct and/or develop training programs for facilitators, ensuring they are equipped with the latest instructional strategies and tools
