What you'll do
- Ensure consistent, high-quality implementation of IEPs, effective classroom integration, and measurable child outcomes across all centres
- Lead and oversee IEP development, with LAP facilitators actively drafting IEPs under guidance
- Review and standardize IEP quality, goal setting, and progress tracking
- Guide facilitators on classroom strategies, inclusion practices, and behaviour management
- Ensure alignment of therapy goals with classroom execution
