- Lead operational teams to achieve customer satisfaction on deliverable (quality, timeliness, methodology, project management, resource planning
- Lead the IC plan design and simulation model creation, IC process buildup (including goal rollout, payout calculation, and regular scorecard tracking)
- Willingness to work hands-on
- Mentor members of team, knowledge sharing across team and company. Actively identify NexGen of manager and provide management best practice
