Senior Associate, Incentive Compensation, India

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Associate, Incentive Compensation to join our team. In this role, you will act as a consultant to clients, supporting all aspects of incentive compensation design, implementation, and administration. You will leverage your expertise in data analysis, pharmaceutical commercial operations, and IC processes to deliver impactful solutions that drive performance and compliance.

What you'll do

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement effective IC plans, goal setting, and administration processes
• Analyze sales data using SQL and advanced Excel , evaluate performance metrics, and generate actionable insights for sales operations and management
• Support call planning and targeting strategies by applying data-driven insights to optimize sales force effectiveness
• Conduct IC health checks, monitor plan effectiveness, and provide recommendations for improvements
• Deliver ad hoc analytics and field reporting to support client needs
