What you'll do
- Responsible for DSS I/O product design and development, managing design activities independently and delivering outcomes to stakeholders
- Leads new product creation and modifications from concept to completion, ensuring compliance with Molex, industry, and customer performance standards
- Design and development of EMI/EMC shielding Sheetmetal cages for high-speed data cables for data transfer & storage
- Conduct feasibility studies, testing new and modified designs; direct and support detailed design, testing, prototype fabrication and manufacturing ramp
- Conduct design reviews, participate in cross-functional meetings, take the lead in providing technical insights and actions for design improvements
