What you'll do
- Responsible for DSS I/O product design and development, managing design activities independently and delivering outcomes to stakeholders
- Leads new product creation and modifications from concept to completion, ensuring compliance with Molex, industry, and customer performance standards
- Design and Development of high speed connectors, starting with customer voice analysis and idea generation, moving through concept design, specification setup
- Conduct feasibility studies, testing new and modified designs; direct and support detailed design, testing, prototype fabrication and manufacturing ramp
- Support customers, sales, PM, and plant teams with technical expertise, carrying out necessary tests, analytical studies, troubleshooting, and verification processes
