About the role
We are looking for an experienced ITOM, CMDB & ITAM Architect to design and implement enterprise-level solutions that optimize IT operations, asset management, and configuration data accuracy. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in ServiceNow or similar platforms, with a deep understanding of ITIL processes and best practices.
What you'll do
- Design scalable solutions for Discovery , Service Mapping , Event Management , and Asset Management
- Integrate CMDB with ITSM, ITAM, procurement, and financial systems
- Implement ITAM policies for license compliance, audit readiness, and cost optimization
- Monitoring & Optimization: Develop dashboards for CMDB health, ITOM performance, and asset utilization
- Optimize discovery schedules, service mapping accuracy, and asset lifecycle processes
