About the role
The Junior Azure Integrations Support Engineer provides first-line operational support for Azure Integration Services in a production environment. Working under supervision and using defined runbooks and procedures , the role focuses on monitoring, alert triage, incident logging, and initial remediation to ensure integration services remain stable and available.
What you'll do
- Monitoring & First-Line Support
- Monitor integration workflows, transactions, dashboards, and alerts for failures and performance issues
- Identify and classify incidents based on impact and urgency
- Perform first-level troubleshooting using predefined runbooks and knowledge articles
