What you'll do
- Oversee the generation of soft and hard dunning notices in bulk using predefined rules and
- Ensure timely and accurate dispatch of digital and physical legal notices to delinquent
- Identify cases suitable for arbitration or actionable under Section 138 of the Negotiable
- Coordinate bulk assignment of cases to external counsel, ensuring accurate documentation
- And adherence to protocols
