About the role
We are seeking a seasoned legal professional to lead the legal-collection operations for multiple secured and unsecured businesses in our portfolio. The ideal candidate will manage end-to-end legal collection processes, ensuring seamless recovery of overdue accounts through effective strategies, compliance with regulations, and cross-functional collaboration.
What you'll do
- Oversee the generation of soft and hard dunning notices in bulk using predefined rules and templates
- Ensure timely and accurate dispatch of digital and physical legal notices to delinquent
- Identify cases suitable for arbitration or actionable under Section 138 of the Negotiable
- Coordinate bulk assignment of cases to external counsel, ensuring accurate documentation
- And adherence to protocols
