About the role
Service & Aftermarket – Mining Segment (Slurry Pumps) The role is responsible for providing end‑to‑end technical service support and driving service and aftermarket business growth for KSB GIW slurry pump products across key mining customers in the assigned region. The position combines hands‑on field service , customer relationship management , and revenue ownership for new equipment, spares, and services.

- Installation support, start‑up, and commissioning supervision
- Troubleshooting, breakdown support, overhauling, and rectification
- Modifications and performance improvement solutions
- Support customers during erection and commissioning phases to ensure reliable and safe operation of slurry pumps
