Realize the design and development activities for projects including following products Boiler Recirculation Pumps (equivalent to LUV) Ensure compliance with industry standards, customer specifications, and internal quality benchmarks. Drive innovation in design methodologies, materials, and performance optimization.
What you'll do
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, customer specifications, and internal quality benchmarks
- Drive innovation in design methodologies, materials, and performance optimization
- Manage end-to-end project lifecycle from concept to commissioning
- Coordinate cross-functional teams including Sales, Contract Management, design, analysis, manufacturing, testing, quality assurance and after market
- Define timelines, budgets, and deliverables to ensure lean, transparent, and structured project execution
