What you'll do
- Play a key role in transporting goods, optimising processes, and fulfilling our customers' promises
- Be responsible for enhancing the customer experience, strengthening customer relationships
- Drive customer engagement, satisfaction, and retention in close collaboration with Field Sales and Operational Care Centers (OCC)
- Build and strengthen customer relationships through daily interactions, regular customer visits, and proactive consultations
- Support customer onboarding, ensuring all requirements and initial customer orders are accurately captured in relevant KN systems
