About the role
You are the offshore specialist leader responsible for identity and messaging readiness and remediation in a tenant‑to‑tenant Microsoft 365 consolidation. You provide technical authority on Entra ID readiness, identity conflict remediation, access impacts and Exchange‑related sequencing considerations that shape wave delivery.
What you'll do
- Own identity and messaging readiness for migration waves, including entry criteria, risk assessments, mitigation planning, coexistence considerations
- Act as the escalation point for identity and access issues impacting migrated users, providing rapid triage, remediation guidance, and support during cutovers
- Develop and maintain remediation runbooks, readiness validation processes, evidence capture standards
- Collaborate with Entra Apps specialists and other stakeholders to resolve application access, consent, and service principal dependencies
- Support regional migration delivery, including participation in early morning, late evening, and weekend cutovers as required to meet business and migration timelines
