What you'll do
- Develop equipment BOMs and establish equipment-to-material relationships using OEM manuals, drawings, SPIR/SPIL packages, vendor data, existing records
- Analyze P&IDs, equipment drawings, sectional drawings, datasheets, parts catalogs, recommended spare-parts lists, and existing CMMS/BOM structures
- Identify maintainable components, spare parts, consumables, manufacturer names, model numbers, manufacturer part numbers, quantities, units of measure
- Support material master enrichment by identifying missing attributes, ambiguous descriptions, catalog gaps, and required technical clarification
- Prepare BOM load templates, equipment-material linkage files, cross-reference logs, source traceability, exception registers, and control reports
