Onsite Project Coordinator

About the role

Monitor completion and quality of field inputs required for downstream deliverables, including red-lined drawings, asset register templates, PSV templates, photo logs, discrepancy summaries, query logs, and progress reports. Coordinate timely resolution of client clarifications, site queries, missing information, tagging discrepancies, and field-observed deviations between approved documentation and actual installed conditions.

What you'll do

• Serve as the single point of coordination between client stakeholders, LTTS field verification teams, LTTS offshore/back-office teams
• Support execution planning, including site sequencing, mobilization and demobilization planning, work-front readiness, permit readiness, document readiness
• Track and coordinate field walkdown activities covering P&IDs, Plot Plans, Area Classification drawings, Lease Flow Diagrams, equipment tags, major equipment
• Ensure field teams are working against the latest available client-provided drawings, templates, field verification checklists
