Demonstrated expertise in milk pasteurization, high protein formulations, yogurt fermentation and Other Milk products & specialized nutritional milk powders. Possess strong knowledge of European and U.S. dairy manufacturing standards and regulatory requirements.
What you'll do
- Conduct comprehensive reviews of dairy plant capacities to ensure optimal production performance
- Provide technical guidance for preparing accurate mass balance calculations for dairy processes
- Evaluate and validate Process Flow Diagrams (PFDs) to ensure process integrity and compliance
- Review and support the development of Piping & Instrumentation Diagrams (P&IDs) for dairy operations
- Assess utility systems, determine capacity adequacy, and recommend sustainability-focused improvements
