'• Study Assembly Lines/ Processes and identify areas for improvement as per Lean Principles Perform Time Study and Line Balancing - Elemental breakdown, Video Time study- All Processes (Stations & Operator), VA/NVA/RNVA analysis, Develop Current State Line Balancing, Muri Analysis
What you'll do
- Perform Time Study and Line Balancing - Elemental breakdown, Video Time study- All Processes (Stations & Operator), VA/NVA/RNVA analysis
- Develop Value Stream Mapping - Current State VSM - Identify bottlenecks, wastes and inefficiencies, Capacity analysis and Current baselining, Future State VSM
- Identify Process and productivity improvement opportunities for entire process with Level 1,2,3 improvement suggestions report and roadmap
- Develop/ re-write Standard work instructions, Video work instructions
- Support in Fixture design as per requirements
