Senior Mechanical Engineer at L&T Technology Services. Participates in all Mechanical Engineering team meeting structures to properly support and improve the department.
What you'll do
- Participates in all Mechanical Engineering team meeting structures to properly support and improve the department
- Collaborates with Mechanical Engineering Manager and other Senior Mechanical Engineers as required
- System Engineering development such as supporting approval drawing processes, equipment interfaces, etc
- Mentor Mechanical Engineers (I and II) to develop and foster consistent designs and good manufacturing practices
- Coach, review, and delegate work within large projects
