About the role
We are seeking a highly skilled Software Development Engineer in Test (SDET) with a strong background in Java and experience with a variety of testing tools and methodologies. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating and implementing a strategy for quality coordination and testing as well as suggesting solutions to identified quality problems.
What you'll do
- Develop and execute test cases, scripts, plans and procedures (manual and automated)
- Design, build, test, and deploy effective test automation solutions using tools like REST Assured, and Serenity
- Work closely with cross-functional teams in the organization to understand project requirements, user stories, and system user interfaces
- Create detailed, comprehensive, and well-structured test plans and test cases
- Identify, record, document thoroughly, and track bugs
