Perform Risk assessments on existing and new machinery using standards like ISO 12100, identifying mechanical, electrical, and ergonomic hazards. Determining required Performance Level (PLr) for every safety function based on the severity and frequency of identified risks. Conduct deep-dive audits of legacy panels to identify safety gaps and propose machinery safety solutions
