About the role
To plan, develop, maintain, and improve landscape areas, gardens, lawns, nurseries, plantations, and green infrastructure within project sites, residential townships, campuses, or industrial facilities. The role involves ensuring healthy plant growth, aesthetic landscaping, efficient irrigation systems, and adherence to environmental sustainability standards.
What you'll do
- Plan, supervise, and maintain landscapes, gardens, lawns, avenue plantations, and green belts
- Ensure proper upkeep of ornamental plants, shrubs, trees, seasonal flowers, and turf areas
- Monitor plant health and implement corrective measures to maintain aesthetic standards
- Prepare and execute annual and seasonal landscaping plans
- Manage plantation activities including planting, pruning, transplanting, fertilization, and soil conditioning
