About the role
As an Electronics Systems Engineer, you will be responsible for the system-level design, development and validation of defence equipment. You will define system architectures, allocate requirements to subsystems, perform system engineering analyses, and ensure that the overall system meets operational, performance, reliability, safety, and environmental requirements.
What you'll do
- System Architecture and Design
- Develop and maintain system-level architectures for defence electronic systems
- Translate customer and operational requirements into system requirements and technical specifications
- Define functional, physical, and interface architectures of complex defence systems
- Allocate system requirements to electrical, electronic, mechanical, software, hydraulic, and communication subsystems
