About the role
Use actual construction and project situations to make learning practical and relevant. Coach and mentor participants and support application of learning to project situations wherever appropriate. Design and develop learning content, cases, simulations, site-based exercises, assessments, checklists and practical tools in Construction Management.
What you'll do
- Deliver approximately 400 teaching/facilitation hours per year, depending on programme mix and other academic responsibilities, across PDA (Project Director Academy)
- Facilitate classroom, virtual and blended learning programmes
- Use actual construction and project situations to make learning practical and relevant
- Design and develop learning content, cases, simulations, site-based exercises, assessments, checklists and practical tools in Construction Management
- Develop new learning solutions based on business and project needs
