About the role
Deliver approximately 400 teaching/facilitation hours per year, depending on the programme mix and other academic responsibilities, across PDA, Planning Capability programmes, SCDMs, Master Classes, IC-specific programmes and other IPM initiatives. Facilitate classroom, virtual and blended learning programmes.
What you'll do

- Facilitate classroom, virtual and blended learning programmes
- Use L&T and industry project examples to connect concepts with actual project situations
- Design, develop and continuously improve learning content, case studies, project exercises, simulations, assessments
- Develop new learning interventions in response to emerging business and project capability needs
