Job Description (JD) – Roles & Responsibilities
What you'll do
- Lead the overall Quality function across SMT, THT, PCBA Testing, Conformal Coating, and FATP/Box Build operations
- Establish and maintain QMS in compliance with ISO 9001, IATF 16949, and customer-specific requirements
- Drive customer quality, complaint management, 8D reports, corrective actions, and customer satisfaction
- Ensure effective implementation of IQC, IPQC, OQC, and supplier quality assurance processes
- Lead NPI quality planning, engineering builds, process validation, APQP, PPAP, FMEA, and control plans, as applicable
