About the role
To improve manufacturing efficiency, productivity, quality, and cost performance by analyzing processes, optimizing workflows, implementing industrial engineering techniques, and driving continuous improvement initiatives across operations.
What you'll do
- Analyze manufacturing processes and identify opportunities to improve productivity, quality, and operational efficiency
- Conduct time studies, motion studies, work measurement, and capacity analysis to establish optimal manufacturing methods
- Develop and improve plant layouts, material flow, line balancing, and workstation design for maximum efficiency
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives using Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, Kaizen, 5S, and Value Stream Mapping methodologies
- Monitor and reduce manufacturing waste, cycle time, downtime, and overall production costs
