Manager - Sustain Engineering at Larsen & Toubro. Manufacturing Process Ownership – Own and ensure process stability and performance across SMT, THT and Box Build/Final Assembly lines.
What you'll do
- Manufacturing Process Ownership – Own and ensure process stability and performance across SMT, THT and Box Build/Final Assembly lines
- Production Technical Support – Provide timely technical support to Production for process, equipment, quality and productivity-related issues
- Process Optimization – Drive continuous improvement in OEE, FPY, cycle time, line balancing, changeover and overall productivity
- Equipment & Automation – Ensure equipment capability, reliability and performance; drive automation, poka-yoke and equipment improvement projects
- Quality & Defect Reduction – Lead RCCA, 8D, PFMEA and process improvements to eliminate recurring defects, rework and scrap
