About the role
The Avionics Mechanical Inspector is responsible for ensuring that all mechanical assemblies, components, and installation activities related to avionics systems conform to engineering drawings, customer requirements, quality standards, and regulatory specifications. Person will be working closely with Customers like HAL , ADA , DGAGA.
What you'll do
- Responsible for ensuring that all mechanical assemblies, components, and installation activities related to avionics systems conform to engineering drawings
- Inspect incoming mechanical parts, hardware, and avionics enclosure assemblies
- Verify dimensions, material specifications, surface finish, and workmanship against approved drawings and specifications
- Review supplier inspection reports, CoCs, and material certificates
- Conduct stage-wise inspection during fabrication and assembly of avionics mechanical units
