- The Team Member – Quality is responsible for implementing quality systems and ensuring compliance with standards across assigned projects
- The role focuses on driving defect-free execution, conducting audits and inspections, and coordinating with project teams to improve overall construction quality
- Financial / Functional perspective
- Reduce cost of poor quality (rework and defects)
