About the role
Identify, qualify, and onboard fabrication yards, steel suppliers, and subcontractors for offshore wind structures (monopiles, jackets, transition pieces, topsides, substations). Run vendor audits and capability assessments against international standards (DNV, ISO 3834, EN 1090) and maintain an approved vendor list.

- Manage procurement of heavy plates, tubulars, forgings, coatings, anodes, and welding consumables with the required certifications (EN 10025, API 2W/2Y)
- Handle RFQs, technical-commercial bid evaluation, negotiation, and contract/PO finalization within project budgets and schedules
- Coordinate with project, engineering, and planning teams to align material delivery with fabrication milestones
