About the role
We are seeking an experienced Transport Supervisor to manage employee transportation operations including buses and hired vehicles. The role involves shift-wise transport planning, route management, fleet monitoring, contractor coordination, complaint resolution, and vehicle inspections to ensure safe and efficient transport services.
What you'll do
- Manage day-to-day bus and car transportation operations during assigned shifts
- Plan and schedule buses, cars, and drivers as per operational requirements
- Monitor vehicle movement and ensure timely transportation services
- Handle transport-related complaints and ensure timely resolution
- Coordinate with employees, contractors, drivers, transport agencies, and unionized workforce
