About the role
Continuously monitor steam pressure, temperature, drum water levels, and exhaust gas flows through the control desk interface. Execute safe, standard operating procedures (SOPs) for cold, warm, and hot start-ups, as well as planned or emergency shutdowns. Adjust fuel feed (supplementary firing), draft openings, and feed-water controls to maximize boiler efficiency.
